Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ:PNRA) awarded a first contract to Mainsteam for construction of one of its signature, 123-seat, bakery-café restaurants. Using its “fast-track” scheduling protocol, Mainstream is building out the interior of a 3,710-square-foot corporate prototype for the quick-casual chain in 57 days.
